Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken fillet, diced
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add chicken pieces.
- Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour sauce over the cooked chicken and stir to coat.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes to heat the sauce.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
- Use leftover chicken for a quicker meal.
