Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add mixed vegetables and shrimp, cook until heated through.
- Stir in cooked rice, soy sauce, and sriracha.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and mix in green onions.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use day-old rice for better texture.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
- Substitute shrimp with chicken or tofu for different options.
