Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and shrimp, cook until heated through.
  4. Stir in cooked rice, soy sauce, and sriracha.
  5. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  6. Remove from heat and mix in green onions.
  7. Serve hot.
