Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Stir in bell pepper and broccoli, cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, sriracha, and honey in a bowl.
- Add sauce to the pan, stir well.
- Serve turkey mixture over rice.
- Garnish with green onions.

- Adjust spice level by varying sriracha.
- Use brown rice for more fiber.
