  • 2 cups cooked rice

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
  3. Coat salmon pieces with the sauce mixture.
  4. Roll the salmon in panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Place salmon bites on a baking sheet.
