Description
Delicious bang bang shrimp tacos with a spicy sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Coat shrimp in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place shrimp on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
- Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave.
- Assemble tacos with shrimp, cabbage, and sauce.
- Squeeze lime juice on top before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
- Serve with avocado for added richness.
- Can substitute shrimp with chicken for variation.
