Delicious bang bang shrimp tacos with a spicy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Coat shrimp in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Place shrimp on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
  4. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
  5. Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave.
  6. Assemble tacos with shrimp, cabbage, and sauce.
  7. Squeeze lime juice on top before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
