Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Season the beef brisket with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the brisket on all sides until browned.

- Brush barbecue sauce over the brisket.
- Cook for 2 to 3 hours, basting with more barbecue sauce every 30 minutes.
