- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup crispy fried onions (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
- Stir in BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, beef mixture, milk, sour cream, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and crispy fried onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
