- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup corn, frozen or fresh
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken cubes and cook until browned.
- Add sliced bell pepper and onion, sauté until softened.
- Stir in corn and BBQ sauce, mix well.
- Simmer for 5-10 minutes until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
