- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Buns for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove chicken and shred with two forks.
- Return shredded chicken to the skillet and add barbecue sauce.
- Mix until chicken is coated in sauce.
- Serve on buns.
