This recipe features tender BBQ ribs coated in a smoky honey sauce.

- 2 racks pork ribs
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix honey, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- Coat the ribs with the sauce mixture and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 2 to 3 hours, turning occasionally.
- Brush additional sauce on the ribs during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the cayenne pepper to control spiciness.
- For best flavor, marinate overnight.
- Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness; internal temperature should be 190°F.
