  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Coat the ribs with the sauce mixture and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 2 to 3 hours, turning occasionally.
  5. Brush additional sauce on the ribs during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  6. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
