Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix black beans, cheese, cumin, chili powder, onion, and cilantro.
- Warm tortillas briefly to make them pliable.
- Spoon the bean mixture into each tortilla and roll them up.
- Place rolled tortillas in a baking dish seam side down.
