Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch.
  3. Add sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Spread broccoli on a sheet pan.
  5. Add marinated beef to the pan.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  8. Serve hot.
