A simple and delicious beef and broccoli dish cooked on a single sheet pan.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch.
- Add sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Spread broccoli on a sheet pan.
- Add marinated beef to the pan.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh broccoli for best results.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Serve with rice or noodles if desired.
