Description

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until beef is browned.
  3. Add cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave to soften.
  5. Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and roll tightly.
  6. Place rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
  7. Pour enchilada sauce over the top.
