Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add beef slices and cook until browned.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Serve hot.
