  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape mixture into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. In a saucepan, combine beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix flour with a little water to create a slurry.
  8. Add slurry to the broth and stir until thickened.
  9. Serve meatballs with gravy on top.
