Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Shape mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour with a little water to create a slurry.
- Add slurry to the broth and stir until thickened.
- Serve meatballs with gravy on top.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
