Description
A quick and delicious beef stir fry packed with vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef, sliced thin
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce and cornstarch, then add to the pan.
- Stir until sauce thickens, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.

- Use your favorite vegetables.
- Adjust soy sauce for more flavor.
- Can substitute beef with chicken or tofu.
