Description
Tender beef tips simmered in a rich gravy.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds beef tips
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add beef tips and brown on all sides.
- Remove beef and set aside.
- Add onions and mushrooms to the skillet. Sauté until soft.
- Sprinkle flour over vegetables and stir.
- Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until smooth.
- Return beef to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Notes
- Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
- Can add vegetables like carrots or peas.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
