Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add beef tips and brown on all sides.
  3. Remove beef and set aside.
  4. Add onions and mushrooms to the skillet. Sauté until soft.
  5. Sprinkle flour over vegetables and stir.
  6. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until smooth.
  7. Return beef to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
