Ingredients

- 1 pound beef tips
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add beef tips and brown on all sides.
- Remove beef and set aside.
- Add onions and garlic to the pan, sauté until soft.
- Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stir well.
- Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stir to combine.
- Return beef to the pan, season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 30 minutes until beef is tender.

- Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
- Can add herbs like thyme for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
