Ingredients

- 1 lb beef stew meat
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups carrots, chopped
- 1 cup potatoes, diced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown beef in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Stir in carrots, potatoes, celery, and green beans.
- Pour in beef broth, add thyme and rosemary.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
