A quick and easy recipe for General Tso’s Chicken made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Toss chicken in cornstarch until fully coated.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Dip coated chicken pieces into the sauce.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until chicken is crispy and cooked through, shaking the basket halfway.
- Serve with remaining sauce drizzled on top.
Notes
- For a crunchier texture, spray chicken with cooking oil before air frying.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
