  • 2 carrots, diced

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add the ground beef and pork, cooking until browned.
  4. Stir in the carrots, beef broth, thyme, rosemary, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Simmer for 15 minutes, then remove from heat.
  6. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  7. Pour the meat mixture into the crust.
  8. Cover with another pie crust and seal the edges.
  9. Brush the top with beaten egg.
  10. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
