  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine maple syrup, melted coconut oil, applesauce, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  5. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before cutting into squares.
