Delicious brownies infused with Biscoff spread.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Biscoff spread
- ½ cup chopped Biscoff cookies
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a large bowl.
- Add granulated sugar and brown sugar, mix well.
- Incorporate eggs and vanilla, stir until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stir until combined.
- Fold in Biscoff spread and chopped cookies.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store brownies in an airtight container.
- For extra flavor, drizzle melted Biscoff on top.
- These brownies can be frozen for later use.
