A hearty breakfast bake combining biscuits and eggs.
Ingredients

- 1 can of refrigerated biscuits
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup of diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup of diced onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Cut the biscuits into quarters and place them in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together.
- Add the cheese, bell peppers, onions, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Pour the egg mixture over the biscuits in the baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables or proteins.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
