Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned.
  3. Remove sausage and drain excess fat.
  4. In the same skillet, whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly until thickened.
  6. In a baking dish, cut biscuits into quarters and layer them evenly.
  7. Pour sausage over biscuits.
  8. Whisk eggs, salt, and pepper, then pour over the mixture.
  9. Pour gravy over the top and sprinkle cheese.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
