Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and bell pepper, sauté until soft.

  4. Add diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, vegetable broth, chili powder, and cumin.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
