Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add garlic, onion, and bell pepper, stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in soy sauce and black pepper, mix well.
- Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
