- 100g sour cream
- 50g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 150g blackberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in blackberries and vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
