- 2 tablespoons blackening seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Rub tilapia fillets with olive oil and season with blackening seasoning.
- Cook the tilapia for 4-5 minutes on each side until blackened and cooked through.
- In a bowl, combine mango, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, and salt to make the salsa.
- Serve the blackened tilapia topped with mango salsa.
