Ingredients

- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend dates until smooth.
- Add almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Blend until combined.
- Stir in shredded coconut and chopped nuts.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- These can be rolled in extra shredded coconut for added texture.
