Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 1/4 cup tomato juice
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, celery, red onion, and green olives.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix vodka, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
