A refreshing pasta salad with a zesty Bloody Mary twist.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1/4 cup tomato juice
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, celery, red onion, and green olives.
- In a separate bowl, mix vodka, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Serve chilled for best flavor.
- This salad can be made a day in advance.
