- 4 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, bacon, lettuce, and tomato.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
