  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the bananas and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine almond flour, oat flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool before slicing.
