Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Dip each slice of brioche in the mixture, coating both sides.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the soaked brioche slices to the skillet.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Add blueberries on top while cooking.
- Serve warm with maple syrup or powdered sugar.
