Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine almond milk, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Add blueberries and shredded coconut to the mixture.
- Mix until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
Notes
- Can substitute almond milk with coconut milk.
- Add sweetener if desired.
- Top with extra blueberries before serving.
