Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square.
  6. Add some blueberries on top of the cream cheese.
  7. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to form a danish shape.
  8. Brush the tops with egg wash.
