Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread, cubed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Spread half of the bread cubes in the dish.
  4. Dot with cream cheese and sprinkle blueberries on top.
  5. Add the remaining bread cubes.
  6. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the bread.
  8. Let it soak for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown.
