Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla.
  3. Roll out the pie crust on a baking sheet.
  4. Spoon the blueberry mixture onto the center of the crust.
  5. Fold the edges of the crust over the blueberries.
  6. Brush the crust with beaten egg.
  7. Dot the filling with butter.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the crust is golden.
