 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
 - 1 cup granulated sugar
 - 2 large eggs
 - 1/2 cup milk
 - 1 tablespoon lemon zest
 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice (for glaze)
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
 - Add eggs, milk, and lemon zest, mixing well.
 - In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
 - Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
 - Fold in blueberries gently.
 - Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
 - Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
 - While cooling, mix powdered sugar and lemon juice for glaze.
 - Drizzle lemon glaze over the cooled bread.
