Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread ricotta cheese evenly on the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the ricotta.
- Arrange pepperoni slices on top.
- Drizzle hot honey over the pizza.
- Brush the edges with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
