A classic Italian meatball recipe inspired by Bobby Flay.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large egg
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Mix until just combined, do not overmix.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with marinara sauce and pasta, if desired.

- Use fresh herbs for better flavor.
