Ingredients

- 1 cup cashews

- 1 pear, diced

- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cashews, apples, pears, cranberries, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
- Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
