- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
- Steam broccoli and cauliflower until tender.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in milk, stirring until thickened.
- Add cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, stirring until smooth.
- Combine cooked macaroni, broccoli, and cauliflower with the cheese sauce.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

- You can add breadcrumbs on top for a crunchy texture.
