A creamy and cheesy potato dish with broccoli.
Ingredients

- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel and cube the potatoes.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
- Add broccoli florets to the boiling potatoes for the last 3 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and broccoli.
- In a pot, melt butter and add milk, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
- Add the potato and broccoli mixture to the cheese sauce.
- Mix well and transfer to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Use sharp cheddar for more flavor.
- Can substitute broccoli with cauliflower.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
