Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix broccoli, cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small rounds.
- Place the rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
