Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced carrots and sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add water and bring to a simmer.
  5. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes until carrots are tender.
  6. Uncover and cook for an additional 5 minutes to thicken the glaze.
