Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter in a saucepan.

- Add eggs and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just mixed.
- Spread the brownie mixture in a greased baking pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and mix until incorporated.
- Melt chocolate chips and stir into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add sour cream and mix until smooth.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Cool before slicing and serving.
