Ingredients
– 1 box brownie mix (any brand)
– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 2 large eggs
– 1/3 cup vegetable oil
– 2 tablespoons water
– 1 cup chocolate chips (optional, or substitute with nuts, candies, etc.)
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Mix Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, flour, eggs, oil, and water. Stir until the mixture forms a thick dough. Fold in the chocolate chips or your chosen mix-ins for added flavor.
3. Shape the Dough:
Use a spoon or cookie scoop to drop small portions of dough (about 1-2 tablespoons) onto the prepared baking sheet. Space them about 2 inches apart to allow room for spreading.
4. Bake:
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 9-12 minutes. The edges should be set, and the centers may look slightly soft—this is normal.
5. Cool:
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
6. Serve and Enjoy:
Serve the cookies warm with a glass of milk, or store them in an airtight container for later.
Notes
– For chewier cookies, bake for the shorter end of the time range.
– Refrigerate the dough for 20-30 minutes if it’s too sticky to handle.
– Experiment with mix-ins like white chocolate chips, crushed pretzels, or dried fruit for unique flavors.
