Ingredients

- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and garlic over medium heat.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Combine roasted Brussels sprouts with the Alfredo sauce.
- Serve warm.

- Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Can add cooked chicken or shrimp for protein.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
