- 1 box graham crackers
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the mixture over graham crackers.
- Place the topped crackers in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip the chilled peanut butter crackers into the melted chocolate.
- Place the dipped crackers on parchment paper to cool.
- Refrigerate until chocolate is set, about 30 minutes.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- For a crunchy texture, use crunchy peanut butter.
- Graham crackers can be broken in half for smaller pieces.
